L'Arbre de Vy" is a cozy, self-catering apartment on our property. It is well-equipped, perfect and recommended for all types of stays, whether solo, with friends, or family, and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The entrance to this accommodation is independent, and arrivals/departures can be made 24 hours a day using a key box located at the door of the accommodation. 

The accommodation is a 42m2 apartment. The bedding is new (1 double bed, a 140x190 convertible sofa), 1 single bed, and 1 fold-out extra bed (extra on request). The bedroom consists of a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and a 90 cm single bed. The living room has a 140x190 convertible sofa and a fold-out extra bed (on request). 

The bathroom is new. The kitchen is new (microwave/grill combo, induction hob, refrigerator, Senseo coffee machine with pods, crockery for 5, etc.). There are two dining areas (a bar with stools or a table). 

A key box is available for late arrivals or when we are temporarily away. 

Please note that access to the accommodation involves climbing a few steps, both external (about ten) and internal (five), which may be difficult for a person with reduced mobility. The outdoor parking is private and secured. A closed garage for your car or motorcycle is also available and secured (extra upon request). 

A bus stop is located in front of the apartment. Trams 1 and 2 are less than a 15-minute walk away (access to the city center, Bugatti Circuit, Antarès, and the exhibition center).

Le Mans SNCF train station is a 5-minute drive (15-minute walk). 

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided.
